Last month, there were rumors of a limited edition of Gears of War 2 that will include a Lancer Assault Rifle, in a move that will follow the steps of the Halo 3 Legendary Edition that featured the Master Chief helmet. The rumor was partially true. There will be such an edition of Gears of War 2 that includes a replica of the Lancer Assault Rifle, but a bundle put together by Amazon.com rather than an official edition created by Microsoft Game Studios. Available now for pre-order, the Gears of War 2 Amazon.com Exclusive Lancer bundle has a retail price of $139.99 and includes a copy of the Standard Edition of Gears of War 2 (for $10 you can upgrade to the official Limited Edition) plus a Lancer replica which features a trigger-activated motorized "Chainsaw" sound and vibration feature. Created by NECA, the same company that brought you the Gears of War action figures, this Lancer Assault Rifle (which shouldn't be confused with the TriForce Lancer replica) was modeled upon the actual 3D data used in the Gears of War 2 videogame. Madden ‘09 *If someone could tell me how to get pics here that would be great-Thanks* The popular Football EA Sports game is back in its new Bret Favre covered face. It will be coming out on Wii, Xbox 360, Xbox, PS3, PS2, and PSP. With new features such as bobble catches, online leagues and user activated celebrations to name a very select few this game will continue in the legacy of its brother titles. In some instances the user will be able to use button combos to do certain things that bring new game play items to the table like missed field goal returns or wrap-up/break-out tackles and many more to be sure. Also adding to this game is the Adaptive Difficulty Engine which looks at your main skills and matches your game to your playing style. As well as changing to your skills the game also has a Virtual Training Center so you can train in a holographic environment and that’s not all. There is also a EA SPORTS BackTrack option that gives you feedback on how you played and what went wrong and then you can play the play again with knowing what you did wrong and fix it in the EA SPORTS Rewind! So after knowing this I would definitely buy Madden ‘09. Its ingenuity and overall unique sounding game play are great aspects of the game but for me there is one main thing that stands out. The fact that I can fix my mistakes and understand what I did wrong because of this game is amazing. This helps with strategy and hey maybe one day this game could help me go pro, you never know...…
